Program Manager SCADA
Your profile and background
- You hold an academic degree (Bachelor/Master) in Engineering / Industrial Engineering & Management or a technical field of study with engineering / science background.
- You have several years of professional work experience as a project manager of complex infrastructure projects and ideally have a track record in the HV electrical industry or offshore industry.
- You are experienced in one of more technical areas such as high voltage secondary systems, GIS switchgear and Siprotec protection devices, high voltage SCADA and / or Process Control Systems such as Honeywell Experion, Hitachi and/or Siemens SCADA systems.
- You have an understanding of various mechanical and process systems (Transformers, Switchgear, HVA/C, Foam and Gas Fire Fighting, PAGA, CCTV, Fresh water, Hazardous Drain, Analyzers, LV and / or UPS).
- You feel comfortable with network architectures as per perdue model and the interface of IT and OT infrastructure.
- You can address Cybersecurity best practices in OT environments according to standards (IEC 62443 / ISO 27001).
- You have a valid project management certification, such as PMP / IPMA D or higher.
- You feel comfortable to work in VUCA environments and are able to adapt to a variety of audiences.
- You show very good communication and stakeholder management skillsand are able to cope with conflicting interests.
- As our projects and teams are managed internationally, you should be fluent in English and preferably have good proficiency in Dutch.
- You show willingness to travel in Europe. Your suitability for offshore work according to the AWMF standard is required.

As a (Senior) Project Manager SCADA at the Offshore Division, you will be responsible for managing complex maintenance projects of our existing offshore grid connection systems and interconnectors in the Netherlands in a safe and sound manner to safeguard the security of supply.
- Under consideration of safety, budget, quality and time to achieve overall stakeholder satisfaction.
- Furthermore, you will lead and coordinate the interdisciplinary project team while managing interfaces to our internal and external stakeholders, in particular the close cooperation with the execution grid connection teams and the involvement of the technical specialists.
- To guarantee a successful project life-cycle, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with permits, regulations, specifications, project governance and contract content.
- As a project manager, you will manage all project related topics such as scope, resources, planning, costs, risks, quality, communication, HSE, documentation, invoicing, etc.
- You are responsible for providing all the necessary project management documentation including project schedules and actively manage risks and opportunities.
- As part of our continuous improvement, you will also work on enhancing our project governance as well as being the mentor for junior project managers.

This will be our challenge
The Offshore division manages the entire lifecycle of all TenneT offshore installations, from development and realisation to maintenance and handover to the Operate division. A crucial task is the construction of 2 GW offshore ‘sockets’, which collect and transport generated wind energy to the mainland.

- A undetemined contract or year contract with the possibility of extension based on 40 hours per week.
- A salary in scale 9: €4,816 to €9,472 per month (based on a 40-hour work week), excluding 8% holiday allowance, 6% year-end bonus and a flexbonus. Job grading is based on education, experience, knowledge and internal equity.
- A solid pension through ABP, with 70% of the premium paid by us.
- 43 vacation days per year
- Hybrid working, including an internet allowance of €32.50 and a home-office allowance.
- Mobility: Leasecar or commuting allowance of €0,23 p/km nett and business travel allowance of €0,44 p/km gross.
