- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical supervisory role within offshore, industrial, or comparable environments
- Experience in planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities
- Proven experience with safety procedures, permit systems, and working according to regulations
- Experience with SAP and administrative documentation of maintenance activities
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English

How do you keep the Netherlands powered?
As an Offshore Technician Supervisor, you are responsible for preparing, coordinating, and executing offshore maintenance activities, ensuring that installations operate safely, compliantly, and at maximum availability.
- You prepare maintenance activities and develop work packages, including work orders, job cards, and permits, so that work can be executed safely and according to plan offshore.
- You coordinate and supervise maintenance and operational activities with TenneT personnel, contractors, and third parties, ensuring safe, efficient, and compliant execution.
- You ensure compliance with legislation, SHE standards, and permit-to-work systems, so that all work is performed in a safe working environment.
- You execute preventive and corrective maintenance and act as first responder to technical issues, ensuring quick resolution and minimizing downtime of offshore assets.
- You continuously align with offshore and onshore stakeholders and report on progress, quality, and technical issues, so that timely decision-making and support are ensured.
- You monitor the quality of executed work and documentation, including inspection reports and SAP registrations, and capture lessons learned, so that future maintenance campaigns are continuously improved.

This will be our challenge
The Offshore division manages the entire lifecycle of all TenneT offshore installations, from development and realisation to maintenance and handover to the Operate division. A crucial task is the construction of 2 GW offshore ‘sockets’, which collect and transport generated wind energy to the mainland.

We offer you:
- A permanent contract with a two-month probation period, based on 40 hours per week, or a one-year contract with the intention of becoming permanent.
- A salary in scale 7, including 8% holiday allowance and a 6% year-end bonus.
- A solid pension plan through ABP: we pay 70% of your premium.
- 43 days of leave per year.
