- Fluency in English, written and spoken.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for project activities.

Your contribution to TenneT
How will you help power the Netherlands?
As Project Lead MTDC LionLink, you are responsible for coordinating and managing the technical scope and interfaces of the Multi‑Terminal DC (MTDC) system within the LionLink program — one of TenneT’s pioneering developments supporting the future of offshore energy transmission.
Your responsibilities include:
- Project planning & reporting – Delivering high‑quality project plans and providing structured input for progress reports, decision documents, and Steering Group updates.
- Workstream leadership – Leading your workstream to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery of activities according to the project plan.
- Financial & resource forecasting – Preparing and maintaining reliable forecasts, and monitoring actuals versus budget.
- Stakeholder management – Maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders across engineering, project management, operations, and corporate functions.
- Internal alignment – Coordinating with experts and departments involved in HVDC systems, offshore platforms, and onshore integration.
- Contract & procurement support – Supporting procurement processes and managing contracts relevant to MTDC system development.
- Schedule management – Monitoring progress and ensuring updates to the integrated time schedule.
- Compliance & governance – Ensuring adherence to TenneT standards, including HSE, risk management, quality requirements, and cluster governance.
You will join the LionLink / Cluster Geertruidenberg team, a group of specialists working on a next‑generation HVDC grid solution. Our team atmosphere is collaborative, innovative, and quality‑driven, with a strong focus on safe and future‑proof engineering.
