Your profile and background

  • A Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a comparable qualification provides the foundation for Your technical expertise
  • Experience and sound knowledge in integration and commissioning enable You to contribute effectively to complex project environments
  • Contractors are managed confidently by You, while on-site challenges are addressed in a pragmatic and solution-oriented manner
  • Stakeholder relationships are handled with sensitivity, sound judgment and a strong awareness of different interests and perspectives
  • Excellent communication skills allow You to collaborate effectively in international and multidisciplinary environments
  • A dynamic and proactive mindset, combined with persuasiveness and fluency in both German and English (minimum C1), rounds off Your profile

Your contribution to TenneT

  • TenneT’s commissioning procedures at system and component level are implemented by You on site while ensuring full compliance with technical specifications, standards and project requirements
  • The involvement of TenneT personnel in pre-commissioning and commissioning activities is coordinated by You, including the engagement of technical specialists where required
  • Commissioning activities are planned and steered by organizing preparation meetings, distributing commissioning look-ahead schedules and participating in Factory Acceptance Tests (FATs) when necessary
  • The progress of testing and commissioning activities is continuously monitored by You, while regular status updates are provided and the completeness of all commissioning deliverables is ensured
  • Quality, governance and process compliance are maintained through CMS database validations, verification of commissioning logic and enforcement of certificate management processes
  • Continuous improvement and knowledge-sharing activities are supported through active participation in workshops and close collaboration with project, commissioning and site management teams
