Your profile and background

  • We’re looking for someone who is curious, communicative and proactive—someone who enjoys connecting ideas, people and systems. You ideally have:

    • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;

    • Experience in offshore engineering and/or maintenance (or a strong interest in learning more);

    • Familiarity with data analytics or reliability engineering is a plus;

    • Strong communication skills in English;

    • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently.

Your contribution to TenneT

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and countries. Your key responsibilities:

  • Serve as the central point of contact for developing and improving maintenance strategies for offshore grid connection systems;

  • Analyse maintenance data to identify trends and recurring issues, and translate insights into innovative, practical solutions;

  • Contribute to international projects and help establish standards that impact the entire organisation;

  • Act as a bridge between policy and operations—both internally and with external stakeholders;

  • Identify and assess risks related to asset ageing and performance, and provide strategic recommendations;

  • Translate TenneT’s long-term goals into actionable and sustainable maintenance strategies.
