What do you bring?
• A completed master’s degree demonstrating your understanding of both engineering and business administration.
• Experience with process optimization, project and change management.
• A proactive, driven, and pragmatic mindset focused on collaboration and process improvement. Excellent communicator on all stakeholder level.
• Fluent in English and preferably Dutch as well.
• Residence in the Netherlands, preferably near Arnhem.
Your contribution to TenneT
As a Business Excellence Advisor, you have a strong drive to continuously improve Operations and Maintenance. Within Offshore (NL), you play a crucial role in the delivery of the improvement portfolio. You enjoy working on complex challenges and are eager to explore new paths and find solutions. In close collaboration with your colleagues, you help ensure that Operations & Maintenance is prepared for the future, in which we will operate and maintain interconnectors as well as 700MW and 2GW platforms in the Dutch North Sea.
In this role, you lead and take part in improvement projects that contribute to the execution of the strategy, such as enhancing our maintenance processes.
• You act as a business partner for the teams within Operations & Maintenance and other internal colleagues within TenneT. You also regularly engage with external stakeholders in the offshore market.
• You monitor TenneT’s offshore activities from a technical, operational, and organizational perspective, as well as the interface with other offshore stakeholders, to understand the impact of offshore operations on all critical processes and translate this into key improvements.
• You take satisfaction in working in a scale‑up environment, where strong analytical skills go hand in hand with a practical mindset and a willingness to learn everything about Offshore Operations.
