Your contribution to TenneT
TenneT Reinsurance N.V. (TenneT Re) is the dedicated reinsurance captive of TenneT Holding B.V., established to strengthen the Group’s risk management and insurance strategy. Headquartered in The Netherlands, TenneT Re operates under supervision of the Dutch Central Bank (DNB) and is fully licensed since September 2024 as a reinsurance entity.
To support TenneT Re’s strategic development and maturing operating model, we are adapting the Management Board set up by evolving the current Chief Compliance Officer (CCO) position into a broader role: Chief Financial & Operations Officer (CFOO). This enhanced role is designed to strengthen our financial governance, enhance operational effectiveness, and drive further professionalization across key functions and outsourcing.
As TenneT Re evolves with significant regulatory, reporting, and stakeholder demands, the CFOO will play a pivotal role in ensuring transparency, control, and alignment across finance, risk, compliance, and operational processes. This position will also be instrumental in shaping scalable systems and practices that support TenneT Re’s ambition for 2030 and beyond.
TenneT Reinsurance N.V. is committed to fostering diversity and inclusion. In line with this commitment—and in consideration of the current composition of the Management Board, we explicitly aim to enhance diversity in terms of gender, age, background, and perspective when selecting the new Chief Financial & Operations Officer (CFOO).
This approach reflects our belief that diverse leadership contributes to better decision-making, a broader range of insights, and stronger alignment with the values and stakeholders of both TenneT Re and the TenneT Group.
