A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a technical or industrial environment, preferably offshore. In-depth knowledge of maintenance execution, work preparation, or process coordination. A completed Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or (Technical) Business Administration. Fluency in Dutch and English is required, both verbally and in writing; knowledge of an additional language is a plus.

How will you help power the Netherlands? As a Business Process Manager, you are responsible for building and maintaining offshore processes that enable our maintenance teams to work safely and effectively. In addition, you are responsible for:

Support and coordinate operational and maintenance processes – Help set up and continuously improve processes to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Identify bottlenecks and implement improvements – Detect inefficiencies and propose practical solutions.

Ensure compliance with safety and technical standards – Monitor adherence to safety procedures, technical norms, and maintenance plans.

Promote a culture of safety, efficiency, and continuous improvement – Facilitate awareness and engagement within the team and across departments.
You will join the Business Excellence team at GON, consisting of 11 colleagues. Together, you work on optimizing Offshore processes, a key task for a safe, efficient, and sustainable energy supply. Within our team, we foster a collaborative and innovative environment, where improvement initiatives are actively supported.

A permanent contract with a two-month probation period, based on 24 hours per week or year contract with the intention to be determined after 1 or 2 years.

Market-conform salary in scale 7: €4088 to €7230 per month, excluding 8% holiday pay and a 6% year-end bonus, with 70% pension contribution.
