How will you help power the Netherlands? As a Work Planner Offshore Operations, you are responsible for preparing and executing high-quality offshore maintenance campaigns, helping to ensure the Netherlands continues to rely on a stable and sustainable energy supply. In addition, you are responsible for:
Steering maintenance work preparation – Developing offshore execution planning in close collaboration with the department.
Coordinating schedules and resources – Managing departmental resource planning, maintaining master schedules, and aligning offshore activities with engineering and operations.
Trip and campaign preparation – Coordinating onshore and offshore trip planning with internal and external stakeholders.
Monitoring progress and improving performance – Controlling campaign progress, adjusting planning due to weather or priorities, and continuously improving planning tools and methods.
You will join the Offshore Operations NLD team, consisting of passionate professionals. Together, you work on maintaining and operating high-voltage offshore substations, a key task for a sustainable and reliable energy grid. Bachelor’s working and thinking level (HTS/BSc preferred)
Experience in planning or a comparable role, ideally in offshore, heavy industry, or TSO environments
Affinity with digital tools and automation; knowledge of MS Office and PowerBI (scripting/macros is a plus)
Familiarity with planning software such as Primavera P6 or SAP MRS
Fluent in Dutch and English, spoken and written
Experience in project environments and eager to help professionalize the Planning Department
Permanent contract upon employment

A salary in scale 6: EUR 3.583,- to EUR 6.303,- per month, excluding 8% holiday allowance and a 6% year-end bonus
