Your profile and background

  • This position requires an academic working and thinking level and a relevant university degree in information technology, business administration or similar.
  • You have profound working experience in the field of IT project management and hold specific certifications (e. g. Prince2)
  • You have experience in platform architecture and cloud environment as well as agile approaches.
  • You show independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a team. This is for you just as natural as strong communication skills and very good English and German skills.
  • Business travel within Europe is required on occasional frequency (approx. 1 trip per quarter).
 

Your contribution to TenneT

As Project Lead (m/f/d) you are responsible for IT projects in our value stream System and Markets in Germany. In close collaboration with your colleagues you ensure successfull planing and execution of IT projects.
In the domain system and markets you will manage projects which introduce or modify IT systems for our core processes of our mission and business critical domains System Operations and Customer and Markets.

  • In this role you prepare and execute a project plan including management of all relevant aspects such as finance, risks, communication, scope, time, quality, ...
  • You ensure that EU tender processes are well planned, organized and coordinated.
  • You direct project team members and external parties and you supervise project team members in solving organisational and technical problems
  • You work in preparing decision documents, evaluations and status reports
  • You ensure timely and accurate documentation of the as built situation and compliancy with legal regulations and regulatory requirements.
