As the force behind HVAC/HVDC control & protection and HV SCADA in our groundbreaking 2GW grid connection systems, your role is about setting new standards and driving the evolution of grid connection systems.
- Your responsibilities go beyond overseeing projects; you're a key player in ensuring excellence in Safety, Health, Environment (SHE), timeliness, quality, and costs within Secondary Systems
- In this role, you navigate complexities, align goals and requirements with innovation. Your team isn't just a group of experts; it's a collaborative environment where excellence thrives. You inspire the consortium/contractor to push boundaries and deliver not just on time but with excellence that sets new benchmarks
- Your reports aren't mere updates; they're narratives of progress and proactive approaches to challenges. You become the central contact for stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication around system complexities
- Launching projects with finesse, you contribute to a smooth supply chain, identify interfaces, and coordinate with precision. Your insights shape the trajectory of the project in scheduling, document management, and risk management
Jouw profiel en achtergrond
- Electrical Engineering background or equivalent (BSc. degree or higher)
- 5 years+ experience of relevant experience is essential to bring depth to this impactful role
- Fluent in English and the language of global collaboration, you're physically fit, have a passion for travel, and possess an open mind
- In this dynamic role, a valid driver's license is a must for frequent global travel. We encourage a proactive mindset, and for those seeking greater immersion, relocation opportunities are available. Additionally, your commitment to safety is demonstrated through the willingness to undergo GWO and HUET certifications

Large Projects Offshore is a key contributor to the energy transition. The Unit is responsible for the current and future development of the offshore grid as a whole and subsequently for the development and realization of the DC interconnectors and the Offshore Wind Farm grid connections in both the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea.

- Salary for this position is in grade 9, between € 4.369,- and € 8.594,- gross based on a fulltime position
- The weekly working time is 40 hours
- Type of contract is indefinite
