Your contribution to TenneT
- Conduct quality verifications on the projects (check compliance to the requirements of the QMS) by using a risk based method;
- Set up of project-specific quality processes and procedures based on standards;
- Continuously and actively align with the PMO and Program Office on their developments, vision and strategies;
- Support in creating and developing quality standards (requirements, tools, processes, etc.) for the programs and projects (part of PM Toolbox development) as well as supporting the development of the quality management system;
- Implementation of the (improved) QM standards and tools as developed by PMO;
- Organize, prepare, execute and follow-up of audits for quality and project management on behalf of TenneT at contractor’s side;
- Organize Lessons learned workshops and process outcomes in the lessons learned register;
- Development/facilitate internal training on quality and project management topics;
- Understand the basic principles of systems engineering and able to incorporate this in the quality management approach;
- Facilitate internal validation sessions with end-users via the internal hand over process (TERRA);
- Support in setting up an audit program for LPO and support in executing these audits.
Your profile and background
- You have preferably a Master degree in a relevant area and have specialized training in Quality management and project management. Or you have a comparable qualification;
- You are an experienced and hands-on quality manager; experienced (lead) auditor is a plus;
- You are a self-starter and team worker;
- Able to work together with quality control functions on different sites;
- Experience with set up and implementation of a QMS;
- Experience with large and complex construction projects, both in the initiation as in construction phase;
- Knowledgeable in FIDIC contract types;
- Experience in systematic contract control (risk based way of working) and implementing it in projects;
- You have experience with working in an international environment;
- You have the ability to influence and to facilitate the development and implementation of goals, objectives and plans;
- You are able to communicate with contractors, and internally within LPO/PMO, Program Office and project teams and are able to build bridges and convince people;
- You possess strong leadership qualities and organizational skills;
- You are a strong communicator, both verbally and written; language skills are necessary in English and Dutch.

- Salary for this position is in grade 9, between € 4.369,- and € 8.594,- gross based on a fulltime position
- The weekly working time is 40 hours
- Type of contract is indefinite
