Your contribution to TenneT
- Lead the further development, optimization and standardization of the portfolio management process (PMP) at TenneT;
- Develop a Performance Management Culture working together with different areas at TenneT;
- Ensure quality assurance and data analysis of the portfolio to initiate improvement initiatives and enable company wide steering;
- Develop and provide reports and key figures to support decision-making, included LEQ, QIR and IPR;
- Prepare and follow up on quarterly portfolio management process events;
- Drive the necessary change that is required to successfully steer a portfolio;
- Support the Director of the Unit to prepare Performance Dialogues and yearly planning of the unit;
- Support the (Associate) Director on preparing Asset Committee and Future Design Committee.
Jouw profiel en achtergrond
- An university degree in an economic/technical field or a comparable qualification;
- You bring knowledge of portfolio management of projects and ideally have implemented this already;
- Change Management is a field you gained multple years of experience in;
- With your strong intrinsic motivation, proactive approach, and ability to network with other departments you make the change a success;
- Excellent organizational skills and a structured way of working is a enabling for this position;
- Very good Dutch and English skills complete your profile.
