The (Dutch speaking and writing) Offshore Licensing & Agreements (OLA) responsible - as part of Dutch offshore operations team - is responsible for the operational work package of licenses, permits and crossing agreements in our daily operations of assigned offshore assets of AC700MW platforms in the North Sea and cable connections (to other countries). The OLA is responsible for monitoring and execution of activities and our obligations to contracted parties, (governmental) stakeholders and interdepartmental operations.
The OLA is a connector, who will coordinate whilst working in multi-disciplinary teams and ensures a smooth operation between all stakeholders with a result-oriented focus for timely delivery.
In your role you make sure that TenneT is and remains compliant with the obligations that come with licenses, permits and/or (crossing) agreements and you monitor the activities and/or our obligations towards other parties in relation to our assets in the North Sea.
You work closely together on interdepartmental level with other teams such as Lead Rights and Environment Management and Offshore Project Licensing to ensure proper handover protocols for newly build assets and managing licenses and agreements during change procedures.
This role requires next to the daily operations activities also tactical and strategic mindset and action, as the role is new in the organization you will need to connect all different teams in a workable operations mode and help improving the organization to “become future ready” on the OLA activities. You will have a coordinator role in building the organization together met Area Leadership Team.

Jouw profiel en achtergrond
- Bachelor working and thinking level and you have experience in comparable position(s) in an equivalent operational department with a focus on contract management from a content aspect (e.g. technical contract manager with an eye for legal aspects);
- Affinity with automation and digital working (preferably SAP S4);
- Able to handle different tasks simultaneously in a short time frame without losing track;
- You are very punctual, concrete and problem-oriented and are able to set up controlling processes, focus on simplicity.
- You are driving issues and challenges forward; you take actions, take ownership;
- You have great interpersonal skills and natural capacity for teamwork. You are fluent in Dutch and English, both writing and speaking at Level B2 (confident) or higher;
- Must have experience in above mentioned (government) licensing projects

- Contract: starting with a one year contract with the intention of transforming this into a permanent contract after the first year. CAO contract salary grade 8/9, pending on experience
