Your contribution to TenneT
- Ensuring technical governance, standardization, and quality assurance for offshore platform technologies, HVDC, and Auxiliary Power components for DC stations;
- Developing and maintaining concepts, designs, and technical specifications that cover the full lifecycle of these components;
- Facilitating knowledge transfer and process optimization, while being the point of contact for interfaces across teams and with TenneT Germany;
- Strengthening and innovating TenneT's approach to basic engineering for offshore platforms;
- Contribute to technical supplier management (pre-qualification, tenders, framework contracts, supplier selection);
- Leading internal projects, representing TenneT in internal and external committees, and engaging with business associations and public authorities.
Jouw profiel en achtergrond
- A Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Marine Technology, or a comparable qualification, with at least 10 years of relevant experience;
- An entrepreneurial, motivating leader with a hands-on approach who can inspire teams and navigate organizational dynamics effectively;
- You have the ability to collaborate with peers and external stakeholders, and you are respected for your expertise in offshore substations and TSO requirements;
- Knowledge of seabed and soil engineering is an advantage;
- Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
