- Safeguard that all contract requirements for Interface Management are met and assure dedicated contractor involvement. Support and supervise the review and delivery of Interface requirements, Interface query procedures and any other deliverables related to Interface Management. Ensure risks related to interfaces are identified by Project team and contractors.
- Act as a central contact person for assigned stakeholders with regard to Interface management. Manage and motivate the consortium/contractor to deliver the quality required, within the agreed timelines. Facilitate meetings and interface disputes resolutions between contractors, stakeholders and/or the employer.
- Verify all interface milestones have been reflected in the project schedule. Prepare and guide the workstreams interface towards other workstreams, projects and stakeholders, inside and even outside TenneT if needed. Promote the importance of Interface Management during the different project phases by explaining employer expectations based on contractual requirements and employer experience.
- Support the TenneT specialists of the various technical workstreams, on request, by e.g. meetings, documentation reviews and performing audits. Review on daily and report on a monthly basis on progress and provision of all necessary information for forward-looking scheduling, and active management of risks and opportunities
- Aligning with experts and teams within the Large Projects Offshore department and various other departments within TenneT and taking into account lessons learned from other large projects. Active contribution to a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues and contractors.
Your profile and background
- Bachelor degree in the field of Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or comparable.
- Experience in the field of complex infrastructure projects, turn-key and multi lot. Relevant professional experience and knowledge in the field of, System Engineering and Systematic Contract Control.
- Excellent communication -, cooperation - and influencing skills and are able to challenge and motivate the contractor, your own project colleagues as well as relevant stakeholders. Dynamic, enthusiastic, intrinsically motivated, you take your responsibility and ownership (committed); you are a team player, no 'nine to five-mentality' and you are open for business trips lasting several days (including Asia and Europe).
- Proven stakeholder management skills. Familiar with TenneT internal stakeholders related to offshore projects. Show initiative, you are persuasive, sensitive, aware of your stakeholders and capable of balanced judgment. Ability to grasp new concepts quickly and to become acquainted with a range of topics.
- Physical fitness and willingness to travel are essential (work is for 2 days in the office in Arnhem)(short travel in- and outside Europe, about once every 4 to 6 weeks).
- Fluent in English and Dutch, both verbally and in writing.

- Salary for this position is in grade 9, between € 4.675,- and € 9.196- gross based on a fulltime position (according to TenneT CAO 2025)
- The weekly working time is 40 hours
- Type of contract is indefinite, with 2 months probation)
