Your profile and background
- Relevant completed HBO or university education.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience.
- Ability to express yourself well in Dutch or English and willingness to learn Dutch;
- Experience with programs like Matlab, ATP, or similar.
- You have sufficient substantive knowledge and thus know where the risks in the technical design in the field of EMC lie.
- You are used to or enjoy stepping away from the drawing board and working more in a reviewing and coordinating capacity.
- You analyse complex technical issues from multiple perspectives and quickly identify connections.
- You convince others through clear reasoning and warm, respectful communication.
- You navigate organisational interests with awareness and adapt your approach to the wider context.

- A permanent contract for 32–40 hours per week with a two‑month probation period.
- Salary in grade 8: €4.276,00 – €8.443,00 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance and a 6% year‑end bonus (according to the TSO Collective Labour Agreement).
- A solid pension scheme via ABP, with TenneT covering no less than 70% of your pension contribution.
- 43 vacation days per year.
- All mentioned conditions apply to a full‑time position unless stated otherwise.

Work Location
We're all about flexibility! You can work remotely or from our office in Arnhem (usually 2 days per week). Depending on the project, you might also find yourself in one of our other offices or out on site.
