You also bring:

Operational experience with HV/LV electrical or mechanical offshore systems (e.g., fire protection systems, HVA/C, auxiliaries).

Experience with high voltage switching operations in line with offshore electrical safety standards (NEN ISO 3140 / 3840).

Experience in planning, organising, coordinating and reporting work execution.

Knowledge of offshore working conditions, ship transfer and helicopter access regulation.

Language fluency in Dutch and English (minimum B2 level).
We are especially interested in candidates with expertise in FAS/FES systems, NAVAIDs, CCTV, PAGA systems, Oil-Water systems, or Freshwater systems — including testing, configuration, system philosophy and fault-finding.
Your contribution to TenneT
How will you help power the Netherlands? As an Offshore Technician Supervisor, you support safe, reliable operations on offshore platforms and cable systems. You execute and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and operational standards.
You will be responsible for:

Safe supervision of maintenance and operations – Prepare, coordinate and oversee TenneT personnel, subcontractors, wind farm operators and third parties working offshore.

Technical execution and support – Perform maintenance tasks within your technical expertise, provide guidance to colleagues, and supervise contractor execution quality.

Safety leadership – Ensure compliance with safety legislation and work permit procedures; oversee electrical and mechanical lock-out/tag-out activities.

Operational continuity – Act as Emergency Response Leader when required, ensuring safe crisis response and communication with the Crisis Manager.
In addition, you will:

Execute first-line fault response duties.

Support commissioning, asset readiness and handover of new grid connection systems.

Participate in steering and custodianship of grid connection systems, contributing input on availability, budget, risk and quality.
You will join the Operations & Maintenance team, working alongside supervisors, engineers and project teams across onshore and offshore locations. Collaboration, responsibility and safety leadership are central to our culture.

A permanent contract with a two-month probation period, based on 40 hours per week or year contract with the intention to be determined after 1 or 2 years.
Market-conform salary in scale 7: €4088 to €7230 per month, excluding 8% holiday pay and a 6% year-end bonus, with 70% pension contribution.
