Your challenge
· To be the Single Point of Contact for the 2GW program in the Netherlands, in support of the Operational and Organisational readiness
Your responsibilities
- Encourage a positive Health, Safety and Environment culture, through proactive communication, in support of TenneT HSE vision,
- Prepare together with the other HSE Business partners reports, procedures and concepts to ensure HSE compliance for a top class safety culture and to drive HSE Excellence
- Provide transparency on HSE performance of projects and operations
- Share best practices and lessons learned and propose improvement measures
- Support Area Managers and the Management Team ensuring the implementation of and compliance with legal and company-specific regulations
- Participate in HAZID's/HAZOP's
- Work together with the assigned HSE Business Partners within the 2GW program on the construction and realization side
- Actively exchange knowledge with all HSE Advisors
- Provide expert knowledge on the (inter)national and European relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide expert knowledge of the national Dutch valid laws and regulations
- Conduct site visits and/or audits to promote the implementation of the HSE procedures
In his/her role as a Single Point of Contact for the Operational readiness of the 2GW program (Netherlands), the HSE Business partner is responsible to:
- Be the main point of contact for the GON-O-X2 team when it comes to HSE topics
- Act as project lead or manager for HSE within the 2GW program, in relation with operational readiness
- Prepare the HSE documents in support to the operational readiness of the 2GW platforms
- Provide transparency on HSE performance of projects within 2GW
- Acts as contact person for contractors in regard to HSE topics in relation with operational readiness
- Meet regularly with the projects HSE Business Partner to keep informed on the projects statuses
- Provide the feedback from the 2GW program to the HSE Offshore team
- Be the contact person for authorities in HSE issues related to the operational readiness of the program
- Report and advise in case of legal relevant HSE issues
- Visit the platforms under construction, perform site inspections, create reports and ensures that a follow up of recommended measures is done by the operational departments
- Evaluate, classify and follow-up on the Zenya entries applicable to the team
- Help transition the HSE systems for the platforms from the project phase to the operation phase

Your personality and skills
- Passionate regarding Health, Safety and Environment (HSE is in heart and mind)
- Adequate training and certifications on HSE
- Operational experience and knowledge about offshore operations, preferably through onboard experiences on oil and gas assets
- Strategic thinker with hands-on mentality
- Grasp new concepts quickly and to become acquainted with a range of topics
- Dynamic, enthusiastic, intrinsically motivated
- Take responsibility and ownership
- Good ability in preparation of HSE procedures and/or contractual requirements
- Knowledge of the national Dutch regulations regarding above mentioned professional disciplines
- Team player, contributing to the team cohesion
- Willing to travel as needed
- Great communication skills in Dutch and in English, both verbally and in writing
In this role, the employee needs to be qualified for travelling offshore. The employee also needs to have the proper qualification to perform site visits onshore.
