Your contribution to TenneT
- In this role you are respnsible for the creation, review and evaluation of technical specifications, guidelines and concepts
- You manage and support the research and development projects in the field of cable installation with the purpose of optimizing TenneT’s offshore assets
- You take over the Support on the preparation of tender documents and specifications for cable projects as well as in negotiations
- You are the contact person for technical questions during construction, operation and maintenance phases for offshore cables
- You actively contribute a safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues and external contractors
Jouw profiel en achtergrond
- This position requires a university degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, offshore engineering or comparable technical qualification
- Knowledge and experience of offshore cable installation and burial, knowledge of German offshore regulations is an advantage
- Ability to find an optimal solution taking both the technical and economic factors into account
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various diverse project teams and internal/external partners/stakeholders
- Very good written and spoken German and English communication skills
- Willingness to travel on business and Class and a B driving license is required
