At TenneT, as an intern, you’ll have the opportunity to become an active part of our team from day one. We are looking for a passionate student at our location in Arnhem who will contribute to our daily work. The Project Management Office (PMO) within the 2GW program is responsible for defining and implementing standardized project management practices across all Dutch 2GW projects. One of our key initiatives in the upcoming half year is the finalisation and rollout of the PM Toolbox_Baseline – a comprehensive set of standards, tools, and processes that will support consistent and high-quality project delivery. Your profile and background

We’re looking for a student who: 
  • Is currently studying (e.g., communication, business, change management, or a related field). 
  • Has excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English. 
  • Is proactive, independent, and eager to learn. 
  • Enjoys writing, storytelling, and translating complex topics into clear and engaging content. 
  • Has an interest in organizational change and internal communication. 
  • Is comfortable working in a hybrid environment (home and Arnhem office).

This will be our challenge

Large Projects Offshore is a key contributor to the energy transition. The Unit is responsible for the current and future development of the offshore grid as a whole and subsequently for the development and realization of the DC interconnectors and the Offshore Wind Farm grid connections in both the German and Dutch sectors of the North Sea.
