We are looking for a Cloud Platform Engineer (m/w/d) to join our Digital & Data Deutschland team. In this role, you will be implementing and maintaining the technical foundation of the underlying infrastructure that supports the TenneT Data Cloud Platform (PaaS). You will support our product teams by automating infrastructure and ensuring reliability directly impacts their efficiency. You will enable developers to focus on building applications rather than managing infrastructure.
Your contribution to TenneT:
- Automate provisioning and management of resources
- Develop tools and scripts to automate platform operations
- Integrate monitoring and alerting systems for monitoring platform health and performance
- Optimize platform performance and efficiency
- Implement CI/CD pipelines for platform deployments
- Troubleshoots and resolves issues
Jouw profiel en achtergrond
Essential:
- Cloud Platform Proficiency: 5+ years
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code, Terraform in particular
- Experience with Data Lake Service, Data Integration Service, Databricks
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools, Pipelines and GitHub actions
- Proficiency in Python and scripting languages (Bash and PowerShell)
- You have a good command of English and German (C1)
Desired:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience through proven track record
- Containerization and Orchestration: Proficiency in Docker and Kubernetes is important for managing containerized applications and orchestrating deployment processes
- Hands-on experience with streaming / messaging systems is a plus
