Your profile and background

  • Bachelor degree in business administration HR or equivalent;
  • Experience as a SME/Key user experience during implementing (SAP) modules;
  • Broader experience with other SAP applications or the ambition to (further) develop towards S/4HANA and SAP SuccessFactors is desirable;
  • Content knowledge on time and leave process and automation (ideally in combination with payroll experience) is preferred;
  • Understanding of labor conditions and how these relate to time and attendance processes;
  • Strong communication skills. “You not only have to be able to listen well, but above all you have the courage to ask questions;
  • Think in terms of processes and maintain an overview;
  • Eager to learn;
  • Analytical. You have a sharp mind and can quickly process and analyze complex information;
  • Decisive. You show initiative and decisiveness and can respond quickly to new information.

Your contribution to TenneT

You will act as a liaison between central IT and business functions, supplying them solutions that help achieve business goals and improve business processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Analyses and optimizes business IT processes and its IT infrastructure to support business strategy and goals;
  • Alignment, prioritisation, planning, coordination regarding change requests, incidents, deliverables and day to day activities with supplier, central IT department and Key Users;
  • Stakeholder management and connect with other units/ business owners within the S4HANA domain;
  • Participant/SME during implementations within the PPL-ITF domain, on the short term specifically for the Simplify Time writing project;
  • Involved in design and utilization of information systems;
  • Support/ advisor for Key User regarding system functionality, End to End testing the set-up of the PPL IT Landscape;
  • Responsible to roll out and embed the key user support model ;
  • Works with central IT to develop plans for proposed systems, including development and maintenance budgets;
  • Support for PPL IT Portfolio manager e.g. set-up of framework, processes, product & services , maintenance structure, lead in initiatives;
  • Alignment with the Data Custodian and or Data Privacy Officers about the impact of changes/enhancements on the data structure;
  • Ensures implementation of standard SAP functionalities, promotes: 'stick to standard'.
