Your profile and background
- You have a sharp mind with good analytical skills and are able to translate a problem analysis into an action plan;
- A Bachelor or Master degree in; business administration, risk / safety / security or crisis management or other relevant field is a pre;
- You are keen to learn everything there is to know about cyber and physical security, BCM and crisis management within critical infrastructure;
- You are highly motivated to work on cyber and physical security, BCM and crisis management projects, issues and processes in order to ensure security of supply for society;
- You have a positive ‘can do’ mindset and are able perform under pressure;
- You are someone who takes the initiative, connects with people and is open for new and innovative solutions to complex problems.
Your contribution to TenneT
As an junior advisor within the Corporate Security Office (CSO) you are responsible to coordinate, co-develop and evaluate the security, BCM and crisis management policy & performance within the TenneT Netherlands. In this position you develop guidelines and inform and advise the organization and employees on corporate (cyber and physical) security, Business Continuity Management (BCM) and crisis management issues. You will work in a team with both young professionals and senior Security, BCM and crisis management advisors. The responsibilities mentioned underneath have to be performed in The Netherlands but with a strong link and cooperation with our German security colleagues.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop (cyber and physical) security, BCM and crisis management policies, guidelines and plans and monitor their compliance to relevant laws and standards;
- Support TenneT Performance Units or projects as an internal consultant with the implementation of (cyber and physical) security, BCM and crisis management measures;
- Monitor (review) the implementation of (cyber and physical) security, BCM and crisis management measures and awareness;
- Support (all hazard) threat and risk assessments for TenneT's personnel, assets, processes, IT/OT systems and information;
- Support the senior security advisors of the CSO in managing the Integrated Security Management System (ISMS);
- Assist / perform (cyber and physical) security, BCM and crisis management training and exercises.
