Your contribution to TenneT
As a Project Lead in Asset Data Management you coordinate teams of experts which represent different departments throughout the asset data chain including Asset Management, Grid Field Operations, Large Projects, System Operations and IT.
Responsibilities:
- You make sure that the project scope is well-defined, resources are planned and deliverables are met in time and budget.
- Streamline decision-making, you inform management on the project status and you organize management support if there are challenges.
- Align with other (corporate) initiatives/projects in the area of Asset Data Management and make sure there are no gaps or overlap in the whole project portfolio.
- With your peer project leads, you drive the change towards data-drivenness and digitalization.
- Ensure that the deliverables, your project is providing, is successfully transitioned to the line organization.
Jouw profiel en achtergrond
- An academic degree in business administration, IT or engineering or comparable with knowledge of and interest in engineering, data and IT topics.
- Certified in a recognized project management methodology such as IPMA or comparable, preferably IPMA-C level or comparable.
- Professional experience in a related field in managing large and complex projects as the responsible project manager, preferably in the utility or public sector.
- Experience with asset data management and change management is preferable.
- Able to keep the overview and to connect in a complex environment of stakeholders whilst steering on progress, collaboration and on-time delivery.
- You have excellent team working and communication skills and demonstrate a high degree of assertiveness whilst ensuring a sustainable connection to your stakeholders across different hierarchy levels.
- You have excellent language (written and spoken) and presentation skills in English and either Dutch or German.
- When circumstances allow travelling we expect you to travel regularly to other (TenneT) locations in Germany and the Netherlands for cooperation with stakeholders and your project team members.
