Your contribution to TenneT
As a program manager in the asset data chain (System Operations, Grid Field Operations, Large Projects, Asset Management, IT & Facilities) you will deal with implementing a new way of working that aims to improve processes, data flows, IT systems, data quality and the data driven culture. You work in a complex stakeholder environment. The main tasks we expect from you are:
- Developing the vision around how to create the required amount of transparency for improvement projects in the Asset Data Chain on scope, budget, resources (business cases)
- Coordinating the project team and organization of the teams’ backlog: portfolio management, training, meeting preparation, communications, initiative funnel and maturing of the way of working
- Aligning with (corporate) initiatives and changes with relation to asset data
- Working with Workstreams to activate them to deliver the required scope, budget, resources and business cases
- Ensuring a successful transition of the program to the line organisation
Your profile and background
- This position requires a diploma, Master or Bachelor in Business Administration or comparable with knowledge of and interest in engineering, information science, math. Alternatively you have a comparable qualification
- You are certified in a recognised agile methodology such as SCRUM/SAFe or comparable, preferably in Product Management
- You bring professional experience in a related field, preferable managing large and complex projects as the responsible project manager or PMO, preferably in the utility or public sector
- You preferably have experience with portfolio management, asset data management and change management
- You have excellent language (written and spoken) and presentation skills in English and either German or Dutch
- When circumstances allow travelling we expect you to travel regularly to other (TenneT) locations in Germany and the Netherlands for cooperation with stakeholders and your project team members
