Your profile and background
We’re looking for someone who is curious, communicative and proactive—someone who enjoys connecting ideas, people and systems. You ideally have:

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field;

Experience in offshore engineering and/or maintenance (or a strong interest in learning more);

Familiarity with data analytics or reliability engineering is a plus;

Strong communication skills in English;

A collaborative mindset and the ability to work independently.

Your contribution to TenneT
In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with colleagues across departments and countries. Your key responsibilities:

Serve as the central point of contact for developing and improving maintenance strategies for offshore grid connection systems;

Analyse maintenance data to identify trends and recurring issues, and translate insights into innovative, practical solutions;

Contribute to international projects and help establish standards that impact the entire organisation;

Act as a bridge between policy and operations—both internally and with external stakeholders;

Identify and assess risks related to asset ageing and performance, and provide strategic recommendations;

Translate TenneT’s long-term goals into actionable and sustainable maintenance strategies.

Additional information
- A permanent contract with a two-month probation period, based on 40 hours per week.
- A salary in scale 9: €4100 to €9182 per month with 8% holiday allowance and 6% year-end bonus, and a 70% pension contribution.
- A solid pension via ABP: we pay 70% of your premium.
