Your contribution to TenneT
- Active involvement - We offer you an 18-month, individually designed entry and development program. Together with you, we plan your stations in three different departments across locations, departments and countries and set individual priorities together with you.
- Impact -During your time as a trainee, you will take on responsible tasks within the framework of your respective station, e.g. support in the development of new asset technologies, shape and steer future maintenance and grid expansion projects. Working on asset-related strategies and policies at the asset portfolio level is also part of your job description.
- Exciting rotation - Due to the different stations you will get a comprehensive insight into our operational business and can build up a large personal transnational network. An assignment of several months at our main locations in Arnhem (Netherlands) and Bayreuth (Germany) as well as further locations in both countries are possible.
- Growing together - We not only look at which learning opportunities can be used in the individual tasks, but also offer comprehensive training for personal development. You can rely on your development partner from the people unit, on your project partners in the business and especially on the trainee group itself.
