Your contribution to TenneT
We are searching for a motivated and engaged colleague to support the substations team at Asset Technology, with experience in the field of high voltage substations and preferably a strong background in the area of insulation coordination.
- In your role as an asset specialist for primary technology you are going to be involved in ongoing innovation projects in the area of high voltage substations
- As such you are contributing in the development of a new standard for of DC substations on the one hand, as well as contributing in innovations concerning concepts of reactive grid operation such as the Grid-Booster and other concepts in the developed in the InnoSys project
- the main focus areas are the following: Development of a standard for DC-Substations, Grid-Booster (Netzbooster), Member in the InnoSys Implementation team, Insulation coordination for high voltage substations
- Besides you develop and mainten of technical specifications and policy document while you are prepare and support tender and awarding procedures as well as substation standardisation
- as technical supplier management you are driving innovations and supporting quality management processes, developping maintenance strategies
- Additionally you support of failure analysis and process definition and participate in national and international committees
Your profile and background
- University degree in electrical engineering, physics, or comparable qualification.
- Working experience in the area of high voltage technology, preferably in high voltage substations.
- Able to develop and process complex technical topics autonomously.
- You show independene, initiative and the ability to work in a team. This is for you just as natural as strong communication skills and very good English skills.
