Your contribution to TenneT
In your role you are responsible for Strategic Workforce Management. Together with another colleague you drive this initiative and make sure that the data, recruitment, onboarding and training process is running smoothly to manage our growth. It’s your role to create, execute and improve the processes and align with the different stakeholders within TenneT. To drive this process for success you need to be a true connector: from driving the onboarding process on Operations Offshore level for the new colleagues to the set up of a dashboard. It’s all connected to your role. Fortunately, you don’t have to do this by yourself, but we have a great team of professional to collaborate with!
Jouw profiel en achtergrond
- This position requires an bachelor working and thinking level in HR, Business Administration or comparable qualification.
- You have profound working experience in the field of HR, Strategic Workforce Management, incl. project management skills.
- You have sound experience in learning and development on different levels (individual, team and organisational) and demostrate strong communication, execution and organisational skills.
- You show independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a team. This is for you just as natural as strong communication skills and very good English skills.
