As a Transmission System Operator, TenneT plays a central role in the energy transition and aims to lead as a green grid operator. Reporting and steering on sustainability performance are key to achieve this goal. The Integrated Reporting team has an important role in this. That is why we are looking for an CSR reporting specialist for our team based in Arnhem.
As CSR reporting specialist you are responsible for the reporting on non-financial (CSR) information.
In close collaboration with your colleagues you ensure that the following most important tasks are performed:
- Support the business in collecting and reporting non-financial performance information, for quarterly and year-end reporting
- Guide the organisation in improving the non-financial reporting processes and related systems, and support the implementation of processes and structures to secure efficient Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive reporting
- Active contribution to the development of TenneT’s award winning Integrated Annual Report and other reports (such as our Green Finance Report) which comply with the relevant reporting requirements
- Support the business in collecting and providing the required documentation for the procedures to be performed by the external auditor
- Monitor and analyse sustainability reporting related regulations (e.g. CSRD, EU Taxonomy etc.) and ensure the proper application within TenneT
- Collect and report the required information for our CSR/ESG ratings
Your profile and background
- This position requires an academic working and thinking level and a relevant university degree in the field of sustainability, business economics or a comparable qualification
- You are an experienced professional who is eager to "make things happen". You want to drive non-financial reporting forward within TenneT. – motivation and belief are essential: you can inspire others, while keeping organizational sensitivity
- You have knowledge of and interest in integrated reporting (including developments such as the EU Taxonomy, CSRD and CSDDD)
- You are result oriented with a critical attitude with respect to the results, process and quality
- A background in and/or experience with providing audits/assurance on sustainability information is a plus
- You show independence, initiative, and the ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Business fluency in both English and Dutch

- The basic salary for this position will be between € 4.369,- and € 8.594,- according to grade 9 of our CLA
