As Quality Manager, you are responsible for strengthening and modernizing processes to ensure that the colleagues can Operate the Electricity System.
You will be part of the Quality Management team, consisting of 20 colleagues. Together, you will work on the quality management and processes of System Operations, an essential task for a stable and sustainable energy supply. Your profile and background

Your background:
  • A bachelors or master degree preferable in a technical study and /or business administration
  • At least five years of experience in QMS, having ISO 9001 knowledge is a pre
  • Knowledge or experience in performing audits or process management
  • In-depth knowledge of Plan Do Check Act cycles and their application in network infrastructure or energy systems
  • Able to act on different levels strategic, tactical and operational
  • Excellent command of English & Dutch language, both spoken and written
  • Knowledge of processes of an infrastructure provider is a pre.

Your contribution to TenneT

System Operations is responsible for operating the electricity system as well as ensuring a well functioning electricity market. Within the team Quality management we are responsible for ensuring that the processes within System Operations are functioning according to our standards (ISO 9001 and ISO 270001). We are a team of advisors that develop and implement on different areas and one of these is in Quality Management (ISO 9001).


You will be responsible for:
  • Maintaining and improving  our ISO 9001 quality management system
  • Monitoring our Quality policies and advising on improvements
  • Developing and implementing Dashboards and KPIs
  • Performing internal audits and supporting external audits
  • Supporting on process management

What we offer
  • A permanent contract for 40 hours per week with a two-month probation period
  • A salary in scale 8: €4.276 – €8.443 per month (based on 40h), plus 8% holiday allowance, 6% year-end bonus, and 70% pension contribution
  • 43 vacation days per year (full-time basis)
