- Manages (backlog list of) CR's within the PPL IT domain;
- Alignment with the Data Custodian and or Data Privacy Officer about the impact of changes/enhancements on the data structure;
- Alignment, prioritisation, planning and coordination regarding changes, day to day activities, deliverables, performance based on KPI’s with the service provider(s);
- Alignment with ITF (Service managers, IT Service officers, Solution Architects) in regards to day to day / maintenance activities in the PPL-IT domain;
- Analyses and optimizes business IT processes and its IT infrastructure to support business strategy and goals;
- Ensures implementation of standard functionalities, promotes: 'stick to standard.
- Responsible for providing development programs for Key Users;
- Support/ advisor for Key User in case he/she is project member of an IT system implementation;
- Represents the Key-Users in the PPL -IT Portfolio board regarding change request, planning etc.;
- Support Key Users with implementing minor configuration changes in the IT system;
- Responsible for providing development programs for Key Users;
- Advises business/ Key-Users on design and utilization of information systems;
- Process Specialist for IT within the BE&D team.
- Participant/SME during system implementations within the PPL-ITF domain. Involvement may vary e.g. depending on impact on other systems in the domain;
- Responsible to roll out and embed the key user support model and change and incident model when system implementations move to maintenance;
- Coordination of improvement initiatives (change requests) related to IT systems within or with impact on the PPL-IT landscape;
- Support for PPL IT Portfolio manager e.g. set-up of framework, processes, product & services , maintenance structure, lead in initiatives.
Your profile and background
- Bachelor level;
- Demonstrable experience in participating (SME- Key-User) in implementation projects of HR-IT systems;
- Experience with payroll implementations is an advantage;
- In-depth knowledge of the business processes of HR Operations and Payrolling and able to identify improvements in the processes;
- Ambition to (further) develop towards SAP SuccessFactors and other PPL IT applications;
- Basic ITIL or Bisl knowledge is an advantage;
- Strong communication skills. “You not only have to be able to listen well, but above all you have the courage to ask questions;
- Think in terms of processes and maintain an overview;
- Be eager to learn;
- Analytical. You have a sharp mind and can quickly process and analyze complex information;
- Decisive. You show initiative and decisiveness and can respond quickly to new information.
