Your contribution to TenneT
- Support in project management tasks (e.g. prepare documents, support in updating resource lists)
- Prepare meetings, document actions and individually follow-up on those
- Support interface alignment between project stakeholders incl. minuting and tracking actions
- Organize workshops and project planning events incl. preparation and follow-up work
- Support the project team on requests in organizational topics, and the change management team in organizing training sessions (e.g. organizing rooms, tracking participants, etc.)
Your profile and background
- You are enrolled at university, preferably in an advanced phase of your studies in Business Administration, Economics, IT or data management or other programs with a focus on the energy industry
- You are proficient in using Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Ideally, you have knowledge of project management software and tools for agile working
- You have very good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- A structured, independent and responsible way of working as well as contact and team skills round off your profile
