We are looking for a passionate Senior Advisor Collaboration Systems, Project Governance (all genders)  at our locations Bayreuth or Lehrte who will contribute to this and that might be you?

 

Your contribution to TenneT

As Senior Advisor in the Project Governance department you will

• manage the further business implementation of RiB iTWO and tpCDE as well as organize and report to the Steering Board for RiB iTWO and tpCDE and translate taken decisions into action
• act as project manager and perform all related project management activities, such as project planning, resource and capacity planning, financial planning and risk management. Furthermore you drive an agile and delivery oriented way of working
• develop and promote a communication strategy towards stakeholders in the TenneT organization
• coordinate the change request and refinement process for RiB iTWO and tpCDE in close collaboration with the project business as well as plan and monitor the change release train together with the Release Manager of Project Governance and the solution supplier
• organize user acceptance tests together with subject matter experts of the business units. You manage and mitigate risks and resolve issues regarding the roll-out and harmonization of the application
• strengthen the network of Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and act as an ambassador for the business governance of RiB iTWO and tpCDE

Your profile and background

• You have a university degree in (business) informatics, economics, social science or a comparable field of studies
• You have already gained professional experience in the Change Management for IT applications, e.g. as Business Change Expert, IT Project, - Implementation or - Roll-out Manager
• You also have sound professional experience with RiB and/or thinkproject! platform products
• You have proven knowledge of cost management and/or information management processes and methodology
• You are fluent in English both verbally and in writing. Ideally you have basic skills in German and/or Dutch
• You have a high degree of independence, reliability and a structured way of working. You are a team player with a certain willingness to travel

Large Projects DC focuses on the large DC projects of the German energy transition: SuedLink and SuedOstLink. These ground-breaking DC projects are unique due to their complexity and size. We are planning, approving and building these DC projects as part of the transition to clean energy. An important basis for our projects is the high quality of our generated services.
