PMO – Asset Information Chain
Looking for a role where you can make a real impact on how asset information is managed? As part of the Project Management Office (PMO) team, you’ll play a key role in shaping and running the Portfolio Management Process (PMP) for asset information improvement projects.
What you’ll do:
- Guide and train stakeholders—like Asset Management, Grid Field Operations, IT, and more—so they can confidently manage the portfolio process themselves.
- Connect the dots by identifying dependencies between projects, always keeping strategic goals, capacity, and investment plans in mind.
- Prepare key deliverables for decision-making meetings, making sure everything runs smoothly.
- Work alongside the PMO coordinator to further develop and refine Portfolio Management methodologies.

Your profile and background
- You speak and write fluently in English and Dutch and know how to present your ideas effectively. Strong communication and teamwork skills are a must.
- You’re assertive when needed but always keep a good connection with stakeholders at all levels.
- You’re comfortable working in a matrix organization, balancing business unit needs with cross-functional teams.
- You thrive in complex environments, keeping the big picture in mind while ensuring progress, collaboration, and on-time delivery.Experience with portfolio management, asset data management, or change management? Even better—especially in the utility sector!
- You’ve got hands-on experience managing large, complex projects—either as a project manager or in a PMO role, preferably in the utility or public sector.
- You're certified in an agile methodology like SAFe, ideally with a focus on (Agile) Product Management.
- You have a degree in business administration, engineering, or a related field, with a solid understanding of engineering, information science, or math.
