TenneT is searching for an experienced Project Manager to join our Business Technology Organization in the Enabling Functions domain.
Your task is to lead business technology projects that will help TenneT transform its enabling functions such as e.g. Finance, HR and Communication and make them ready for the future and the challenges of the energy transition.
The main project-management skills that are expected are:
• Taking responsibility for project results, you also have an eye for the interests and goals of the organization and project dependencies;
• Composing the project organization, setting up the project-team by allocating the right resources for the project on TenneT side;
• Preparation and coordination of work packages in alignment with the business stakeholders, product-owners from devops-teams;
• Reports on all relevant aspects of the project in time towards the steering committee. Prepares all project management deliverables. (mandate, project-brief, PID etc);
• Managing the (external) stakeholders (e.g. suppliers, sub-contractors) and their interests in the project. Collaboration with chain parties is necessary for the success of the project;
• Remove obstacles, close gaps, and manage and mitigate risks to ensure on-time delivery, within the budget and quality;
• Prepare and present progress reports and ensure the project is furthering organisational goals using the current TenneT tooling. (MS-Project enterprise, SharePoint 365, Jira).
Your profile and background
Experience with project/program management and transformational change in complex organizations: • Experience with outsourced (IT) models; • Demonstrable direct responsibility for project implementation in an international context; • Experience with implementing IT enterprise solutions is a pre; • Experience with commodity IT procurement, experience with tendering ranging from limited competition to full European tenders; • Experience with a bi-modal delivery. Using agile and Prince2. Competences:
Experience in organizational change and business transformation: • Certified IPMA-B or C and Prince 2 – practitioner is a pre; • Capable of steering the technical components of the project as well as business-project management; • Decisiveness, result-oriented, self-propelling; • Proactive, dynamic and firm attitude towards the stakeholders; • You have high integrity standards and can guide IT and the business into the right direction, even under pressure; • Being able to bring the customer oriented focus into the project; • Promote a save & secure work-environment for the team. |
