Your profile and background

At TenneT, we are looking for professionals who help shape the future of our electricity grid. We expect you to bring the right experience and skills to make a valuable contribution to our team and mission. What do you bring to TenneT?
  • You have worked in a similar complex situation managing senior level stakeholders for at least 3 years.
  • You are aware of your surroundings, are able to link different calls/mails/conversations and are therefore able to support and guide the MT where necessary or desirable if you are able do so from an (HR) content perspective is an advantage.
  • You are experienced with digital working - WebEx Team, SharePoint, MS Office, SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Advanced organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple assignments.
  • You like working with ppt to structure text/ messages/presentations.
  • Strong communication skills in Dutch and English are a must.

Your contribution to TenneT

How will you help power the Netherlands? As a Management Assistant, you are responsible for supporting three People Management team member, helping to ensure the Netherlands continues to rely on a stable and sustainable people department. In addition, you are responsible for:
  • Agenda management: independently take care of agenda requests.
  • Coordinate set up new Sharepoint site together with one of the management members and key-users to maintain proper information exchange, document storage and online collaboration.
  • Act as back-up for the purchase order process in the Netherlands.
  • Assist the program manager with PowerPoint, checks on deliverables, set up meetings etcetera.
Together with the management team, you work on efficiently organizing the work within the People department, a key task for a stable and sustainable workload. Within our team, we foster an open and transparent environment, where innovation and collaboration take center stage.

  • A salary in grade 5 according to our CLA TSO: € 3397 - € 5463, excluding 8% holiday pay and a 6% year-end bonus, with 70% pension contribution. 
  • A permanent contract with a weekly working time for 32 hours.
  • 43 days off per year.
  • A solid pension via ABP: we cover 70% of your contribution.
  • Job interviews for this position will be in Dutch.
