Your contribution to TenneT
As an Employer Branding & Recruiting Marketing Specialist (all genders) you are positioning TenneT as an employer of choice and thus attract the best Talents who accelerate the energy transition at TenneT. Here you work in close collaboration with our Recruiters, Sourcers and the Business in Germany and The Netherlands.
- You come up with new formats & concepts and organize creation of content for our external communication channels, developing a content strategy for our social media channels, improvements in vacancy texts, boost referral recruitment and creation of recruitment marketing-campaigns, developing corporate video- and footage material together with our agencies
- You are responsible for redesigning our career website and campaign pages, keeping them up-to-date and conducting regular SEO as well as improving the user journey for different target groups
- You collaborate closely with our communication team and you steer our various agencies to develop and implement persona-based Recruiting campaigns
- You define KPIs and measure the effectiveness of our recruiting marketing activities to report them to Management and derive new actions. Next to that you monitor the budget and make decisions to get most out of it
- You further develop TenneTs Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to make it relevant for different target groups
Your profile and background
- You are a self-starter who sets up a recruitment marketing strategy, gives steering and executes the strategy in cooperation with recruiters
- You have proven experience in a recruitment marketing or online marketing role with good know-how of social media, Google Analytics, CMS, recruitment dashboards, LinkedIn Recruiter and relevant jobboards
- You have excellent communication skills to build strong working relationships across an international organization with the ability to take the lead and provide advice and direction to internal stakeholders regarding recruitment marketing activities
- With your enthusiastic attitude, your creative and inspirational mindset and your hands-on mentality you boost the TenneT Employer Brand and attract the right candidates
- You have good analytical skills with the ability to collect, analyse and present data to impact and influence business decision making
- You are fluent in English, German or Dutch skills are a plus
