Your profile and background
- Several years of experience in IT management position, preferably in networking and virtualization environment
- Several years of experience in leading IT/ Digital change with the demonstrated ability to deliver stable and impactful IT services
- Significant experience in working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders
- Belief in a non-hierarchical culture, transparency and trust in teams, stimulating continuous learning on team as well as individual level, ambassador of servant leadership
- Promoter of inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued
- Fluent in English; German and/or Dutch is an advantage
- Professional qualifications including relevant university degree or equivalent
