Asset Management ensures TenneT's sustainable and future-proof asset base. Thanks to our expertise of Asset Management in the technological field, we are able to facilitate. Our Innovative and data-driven approach promotes the energy transition and ensures security of supply.
Your tasks and responsibilities:
- Actively contribute to safe working environment for yourself, your colleagues and external contractors;
- Responsible for the creation, review and evaluation of technical specifications, guidelines and concepts;
- Manage and support the research and development projects in the field of cable installation with the purpose of optimizing TenneT’s offshore assets;
- Take over the Support on the preparation of tender documents and specifications for cable projects as well as in negotiation;
- You are the contact person for technical questions during construction, operation and maintenance phases for offshore cables.
Your profile and background
- A university degree in civil engineering, mechanical engineering, offshore engineering or comparable technical qualification;
- Knowledge and experience of offshore cable installation and burial,
- knowledge of Dutch offshore regulations is an advantage;
- Ability to find an optimal solution taking both the technical and economic factors into account;
- Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with various diverse project teams and internal/external partners/stakeholders;
- Very good written and spoken Dutch and English communication skills;
- Willingness to travel for business.
