To strengthen the new Business Technology Organization (BTO), we are looking for a
Delivery lead Integration Platforms (32-40 hours, Arnhem)
As a Delivery Lead you are responsible for the delivery to business, and you are the main point of contact for the services delivered by your teams. In this role you will be responsible for the Integration (OSB) and API Gateway teams. You will contribute to the delivery roadmap of your teams. Moreover, you take a leadership role in driving and supporting the development of your team members (~20 to 30 people). You will be part of the department leadership team.

Your profile and background
You are a seasoned IT professional with the following qualifications
- Several years of experience in IT management position
- Several years of experience in leading IT/ Digital change with the demonstrated ability to deliver stable and impactful IT services
- Significant experience in working in cross-functional teams and collaborating with business stakeholders
- Belief in a non-hierarchical culture, transparency, and trust in teams, stimulating continuous learning on team as well as individual level, ambassador of servant leadership
- Promoter of inclusive workplace where diversity and individual differences are valued
- Fluent in English; Dutch is an advantage
- Professional qualifications including relevant university degree or equivalent
- Knowledge of integration topics is an advantage
