Your contribution to TenneT
As a Maintenance Strategist you are responsible as a central contact person for the development and improvement of maintenance strategies for offshore grid connection systems.
Your responsibilities:
- Develop Operations & Maintenance Concepts for future Offshore HVDC grid connection systems;
- Assist the project with successfully integrating Operations & Maintenance specifications;
- Identify and assess risks for future Offshore HVDC grid connection systems and their different concepts based on RAMS studies;
- Assume the interface function to manufacturers, operators and suppliers for your area of responsibilities;
- Contribute to optimization projects in international teams and derive company-wide standards.
Your profile and background
- Education or work experience in High Voltage Engineering;
- Experience with RAMS studies is a plus;
- Able to successfully collaborate with internal and external stakeholders (e.g. manufacturers, engineering firms);
- Able to 'build bridges' between different internal departments and external parties;
- You are entrepreneurial and you are expected to take responsibility for what needs to be done. You take the initiative to raise issues or set things in motion;
- Excellent communication and social skills. In addition, you are self-confident and have good empathy.

- Salary: € 4369 up to a maximum of € 8594,- in grade 9 (depending of knowledge and experience).
