Your contribution to TenneT
- Define and agree internal service level agreement with harmonized service levels and measures between Material Management Operation, Supply Chain Management and other stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain fulfillment strategy, from strategic sourcing up to and including shipping for TenneT Netherlands and Germany.
- Implement network development and adjustments (incl. develop and launch change programs).
- Investigate overall transportation synergies and derive measures.
- Identify and manage risks and resilience in network and materials supplies.
- Define, review and maintain common warehouse standard processes including storage logic, tools, etc., in close cooperation with the Dutch and German Operational Material Management teams.
- Collect overall safety requirements and derive implications for the Dutch and German material management operations.
- Coordinate and enable exchange and ensure engagement regarding safety aspects across the organization related to Material Management.
- Consolidate safety requirements and define standards considering (external) best practices in cooperation with SHE department within TenneT.
Your profile and background
- You are able to work on a Bachelor/Master work and think level.
- Analytical thinking with problem solving attitude.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- You are a strong team player and proactive and able to operate within all levels of the organization.
- You have a strong affinity with Supply Chain Management and Logistics.
- You have the drive to quickly immerse yourself in the Material Management processes in and outside the organization.
- You are able to work independent and take ownership.
- You are customer oriented and willing to support others.
- Fluent in Dutch and Englisch, both in speaking and writing
- Preferably knowledge of S4HANA (Material Management/ Sales and Distribution / Procurement).
