The unit:
Energy System Planning is a future-oriented unit, optimized to react to fast-changing external conditions. We develop a vision for a climate-neutral energy system of the future and how our onshore/offshore electricity system can adapt to these challenges in the smartest way.
Your job and responsibilities:
- Support the further development, optimization and standardization of the portfolio management process for the internal business initiatives (run and improve);
- Ensure the quality assurance and data analysis of the portfolio. You will use the portfolio management tool and digital dashboards for this purpose;
- Responsible for the further development, provision and regular reporting of key performance indicators (KPI's) for the End2End process ‘Design the Energy System’;
- Organize and run the cross-departmental portfolio management process meetings and events (quarterly); in cooperation with the Business & Portfolio Advisor;
- You inspire colleagues for portfolio management.
Jouw profiel en achtergrond
- The position requires a Master degree in a business/technical field or equivalent;
- Ideally, you have initial knowledge of portfolio management of projects or improvement initiatives;
- Experience and confident in using MS Office and Power BI;
- You're a good networker and you've perfect skills to organize your work, driven by results and taking responsibility;
- You've strong moderation skills for leading management committees, workshops and large formats;
- Excellent English and Dutch language skills.
